About PricingHub

Transparent calculators for service pricing decisions

PricingHub is a small independent calculator site for buyers and providers who need a clearer starting point before discussing managed IT, MSP, IT support, ROI, or bookkeeping service quotes.

What PricingHub does

The site turns common service-pricing assumptions into simple browser-based calculators. Each calculator keeps the inputs visible, including users, devices, servers, support hours, onsite visits, tool costs, security add-ons, setup fees, and target margin.

The goal is not to replace a formal proposal. The goal is to help a buyer, founder, operator, or MSP owner understand the main cost drivers before a vendor conversation or internal pricing review.

How the estimates are built

PricingHub uses transparent cost-plus-margin formulas, published ranges, and practical service-delivery assumptions. The content pages explain the formula, variables, example ranges, and common pricing risks instead of hiding the model behind a lead form.

Every estimate should be reviewed against real scope, local labor cost, security requirements, contract length, compliance needs, and the provider's actual delivery model.

What makes the site different

The calculators are free to use and do not require an account or email address. Core pages are static HTML where possible, so search engines and users can read the methodology, FAQ, tables, and related calculator links without relying on a gated app flow.

PricingHub is focused first on the managed IT and MSP pricing cluster, with one bookkeeping calculator as a secondary vertical test.
